We were retained by two Michigan plaintiff injury law firms to develop a website devoted to helping the victims of Dr. Vinay Kumar Malviya, a gynecologic oncologist, who is alleged to have performed medically unnecessary procedures on women, including radical hysterectomies. Dr. Malviya and a hospital in which he treated patients – Ascension Hospital – both agreed to pay significant settlements to the US government under the False Claims Act.
We created a landing page website devoted to informing prospective plaintiffs about this matter and the legal case being brought, with a focus on high conversion and being able to easily contact the firms bringing the legal action.
