The CASA Support Council for Pima County, Inc. (CSCPC) is a 501[c][3] nonprofit organization. Their Mission is to support the unmet needs of abused and neglected foster children in Pima County who are supported by a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). They also support the CASAs in fulfilling their CASA duties, and the CASA of Pima County Program.
We were retained more than 10 years ago to redesign and redevelop CSCPC’s website to further their mission, including seeking donations and CASA volunteers. Since then, we have continued to work with CSCPC with updates to the website.
The CASA Support Council was looking for a new IT vendor in 2012. Our previous vendor was inefficient, missed due dates and the quality of their work was not acceptable. Their communication with us was infrequent and not professional when we interacted with them. We desperately needed a new website created, and a vendor who could meet our standards and was easy to do business with.
We found Esquire Interactive through an internet search. When we interviewed them, we knew they were different. Over the past 11 years we have enjoyed their incredible professionalism, IT expertise, design creativity, excellent work ethics, and their ability to explain IT work in layman’s terms. They created a website for us that we never imagined could be possible. Over time they have consistently met our due dates for minor and major projects. Their work is high quality, and they are always open to our questions and input. Kelly has consistently provided us with creative solutions to solve our IT needs that we never knew were possible.
It is a pleasure to work with Kelly and Jeff. Their great support has alleviated our stress when it comes to our website and IT needs.
